Analysis. After assessing the condition of this Mission Viejo roof deck repair, we found a few troubling things. One, around the drain we found dry rot. We then could fit the new 2 inch copper Thunderbird deck drains. We then plumbed the drain to remove obstacles inhibiting flow.

We next  installed The Crete Decking System. This is a multi-layer waterproofing membrane designed for use over plywood subfloors. Here is a step by step outline of how we install Mission Viejo roof deck repair:

-All the flashing was in good enough shape to reuse. So we were able to staple down 2.5 galvanized metal diamond lathe over the edge of the flashing and across the entire deck surface.

-Seal using fortified concrete paint. We apply two coats of our specialty deck sealer to eliminate any semblance of leak intrusion.

Our latest pool deck resurfacing project was in the city of Anaheim. The decking was damaged pretty extensively, so we had to perform some prep work before resurfacing the deck with our waterproofing membrane.

Coating Removal. Typically we can make a few crack repairs and then place our waterproofing membrane directly over the existing pool deck surface.
